Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. The template, the data and the generated PDFs are processed by your browser. You can even disconnect from the Internet once the page is loaded.

Which data formats are accepted?

Excel (.xlsx), CSV (comma or semicolon, UTF-8 or Windows encoding), and direct copy-paste from Excel or Google Sheets.

Can I fill an existing PDF form?

Yes. Form fields (text, checkboxes, dropdowns) are detected. Each field receives the content of a column, then the document is flattened so it can no longer be edited.

Does it work with a Canva or Word template?

Export your design as PDF or PNG from Canva, Word, PowerPoint or any other tool, then load it as a template. Variable areas are added inside PDF Rafale.

Is the Pro license a subscription?

No. €29 once, valid for life on 3 devices, updates included. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which issues a VAT invoice.

Is there a size limit?

The limit depends on your computer’s memory. Several hundred documents per batch work fine on a recent machine. Beyond that, generate in batches.
